Music from the movies for your wedding day

There's nothing like a good romantic comedy. From Four Weddings & A Funeral through to The Notebook - there are some great films out there to sigh over.

And something that really adds to the atmosphere is the music. So I've put together five tracks that you should be thinking about for your wedding day. Would you have any to add?

It's a good idea to create a wedding playlist well in advance of your wedding. Think about what you like and discuss with your significant other. Bear in mind the ages of everybody at your wedding reception. As well as current hits, it's always a good idea to include some tried and tested classics.

Here's a few I've picked out. And if you're performing a first dance with your new husband then consider having dancing lessons - you'll feel more confident about taking to the floor with everybody looking at you both - and of course you'll be dancing together afterwards for a long time!

1. Mamma Mia

To be honest, it's hard to find a track that wouldn't be perfect for dancing to at a wedding here. So I'm going to choose two. First off there's I Have A Dream which is quite a smoochy, slow number that you can snuggle up to your new husband and dance along to. Or if you want something faster to get the dance floor moving how about Mamma Mia itself!

2. Only Hope from The Notebook. What can I say. Fabulously romantic movie. Wonderful song. Maybe for your first dance?

3. I Say A Little Prayer by Arethra Franklin from My Best Friend's Wedding. A timeless classic. Something to get the oldies dancing but still a favourite today.

4. Everything I Do (I Do It For You). Another classic. From Robin Hood Prince of Thieves.

5. You're The One That I Want. And when you want to liven up the party, you can't really go wrong with John Travolta and Olivia Newton John in the original film. Everyone knows the words, everyone has their favourite movies. Time to party on!
