Return Policy

Return policy only applies to items purchased on https://dessy.com.

ACCEPTED ITEMS

  • Ready to Ship, in-stock items are fully returnable. This includes in-stock styles, sale items, accessories, and men's formal accessories.
  • Special order items are returnable for a 25% restocking fee. This includes items that are fabricated especially for your order.
  • Excludes items listed under Final Sale Items.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

  • All Fabric Yardage and Fabric Swatches are final sale and not returnable.
  • All Face Masks are final sale and not returnable.

TERMS

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • All returned items must be received back in their original, unworn and unaltered condition.
  • All returned items must include all original packaging.
  • All returned items must have security tags affixed, where applicable.

REFUNDS

  • Ready to Ship items - a refund will be issued for the order value minus a return shipping fee of $7.95.
  • Special Order items - a refund will be issued for the order value minus a 25% restocking fee and a return shipping fee of $7.95.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Credit will be applied to the original credit card account used for purchase.
  • Most credits are issued within 15 business days of receipt of the item, allowing for processing and inspection time.
  • If our warehouse cannot accept your return, the merchandise will be returned to you without credit.

Exchange Policy

Exchange policy only applies to items purchased on https://dessy.com.

We accept exchanges on defective or damaged items only.

To request an exchange, you must:

  • Contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.
  • Return the item within 10 days of receiving your return label.
  • Items must be in their original condition. We cannot accept altered items for exchange.

If your item is defective or was damaged in shipment, please contact customer support.

If you'd prefer a different size or style, you'll need to return your item and place a new order for the desired item.
