DELIVERY – SPECIAL ORDER

This style, color, size combination is produced to fulfill your order. Production time is 7-8 weeks — and indicates the approximate time that shipment to you will begin processing. Transit time to your location is not included in this timeframe. Please plan to receive it at least 3 weeks before your wear date to allow time for alterations and transit disruptions. If your order is ready earlier, it will be shipped earlier. Rush orders available.

PAYMENT & ORDER CHANGES

Full payment for your order is required when we begin the production of your item. You may change or cancel your order within 48 hours of placement. Unfortunately, we cannot change sizes or cancel orders after that time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

This Special Order item is returnable for a 25% restocking fee. We accept exchanges on defective or damaged items only. If you'd prefer a different size or style, you'll need to return your item and place a new order for the desired item. Learn more.
